HOW TO PROCEED:

• The first step is to call or email us to determine and establish your needs. Ph No 281 650 6197   Barey@TheBudgetArchitect.com

At this phase please try to have a menu in mind. Try to prepare a complete list of everything you are planning on serving. Do not leave anything out, including coffee, iced tea, slushies, etc.

• Mail or email us your pictures. Pictures speak a thousand words and will show us the space you are intending to model / remodel. Also try to take pictures of surrounding / neighboring space
• Take measurements of the space. Email us these measurements
• Total space layout. Show proposed furniture locations, chairs, tables, booths, etc. Draw in your counters and service areas. Draw any special walls, pony walls, partitions, etc. Draw the locations of your bathrooms, kitchen area and your appliances, hoods, sinks, wash areas, hand sinks, three compartment sinks, salad bar, condiments, napkins, spoons, forks, menu, signs, soda machine, cash register, storage, office, etc. Draw the proposed location of the grease trap. Please indicate whether there is any concrete cutting to be done to place the grease trap.
• We will prepare a rough floor plan, showing location of walls, separating walls, pony walls, location of cooking appliances, location of fryers, location and dimension of storage, location and dimension of office,
• Once you make your changes on these rough drawings, we will make the changes and finalize the drawings. We will make two sets of plans and email you the PDF of the plans for your future reference.
• You can show these drawings to your landlord, bank or investors and they will be able to sit down and discuss your financial needs.
